"Noah, It's 11:55 P-M! Do you have the temp. anti yet?" Charlotte yelled running up to Noah.
"Relax, right here. 1 for you, 1 for me and 1 for Mashu" He said pouring the chemical into to glasses.
"I can't find Mashu, hopefully she'll be alright" She responded after drinking the whole glass.
Westie jumped up and down trying to get Charlotte's and Noah's attention.
"What's wrong boy?" Noah asked Westie.
Westie looked up at the clock, showing them it was 11:59.
"Bye!" Charlotte yelled as she jumped out the window onto a tree.
All Noah did was raise a hand up, mumble something dash out the laboratory door.
Charlotte jumped down off the tree.
"Ding, Dong, Ding, Dong, Ding, Dong, Ding, Dong, Ding, Dong, Diiiiiiiiing----Dong." The town clock stroke 12 times.
Charlotte gave the clock a glare, closed her eyes, and painfully transformed into a vampire. At this point, all diseased ones cannot control there rage, thirst and actions.
Her red eyes, scanning the horizon, her fangs gleaming in the light, and her hair flowing in the wind. She stopped, darted around the corner and saw her mortal friend Mystic. Her eyes widened.
"Is that you Charlo-" Mystic said turning around but then interrupted.
It was too late. Before Mystic could even finish the sentence, Charlotte had pinned her to ground and pierced her teeth into Mystic's skin. Normally if this were the case, Charlotte would stop before she drained the victim of blood, send them back to their house at dawn and give them a glass of water. This time, it was different. Charlotte's disease took over, unable to stop, she drained her friend of life.
The sun began to rise. Charlotte looked up, dropped Mystic's body and ran to the lab.
*That day. 5:00 pm*
"She was attacked by some animal!" Mystics parents cried at the camera.
"And there you have it, another attack of an innocent person, I am Chelsea Johnson and this is your Five o' clock news"
*Click* The Tv turned off.
"What have I done?!?!??" Charlotte screamed, tears running down her face. " I could've stopped myself! But I didn't! Why?!??!"
She ran into Noah, pushing him into the wall and running upstairs.
